Lexington Art and Fun Festival

We have been offered, as a group, a double booth and mini grant of $250! We just need to come up with a proposal for an interactive activity at the LAFF festival. If you haven't been to LAFF before, it is the bees knees. I am thinking of getting my own individual booth to sell my pottery, but the group booth could also sell Etsy goodies from people on our team. I think we could also get a grant from Etsy to get some promo stuff and spread the word.
Meet the Ashevillainess- she is the creation of Etsy seller Zephi for us to use in out team promos!

We need a cohesive plan, and then.... WE ROCK!

    i'm in too, though I missed the meeting. Any ideas on the interactive activity? Sew your own reusable grocery bag, perhaps?

    betsy, i like that idea!
    i definitely think an eco-friendly craft would be a hit.
    i'm wondering about using a sewing machine at the festival, though.

    hope this is okay - i'm taking this idea over to the flickr board - there is a thread there about LAAFF...

    girls - we are all going to need to get together soon! a little crafty meet-up, maybe a coffee or a drink, and brainstorm some ideas, discuss details, etc.
